This place was truly fantastic! This was our first visit to Orcas Island and so we were not familiar with the island but we somehow managed to find a perfect spot that felt like a relaxing hideaway but was just steps from everything that Eastsound had to offer. It is also a nice mid-island location for exploring the whole island. The home itself is beautiful, well stocked and immaculate. I would not hesitate to recommend it to anyone.

We had a fantastic time at the Madrona Pointe house. It had everything we needed for a family vacation on Orcas Island. We especially liked the open layout of the house and its central location close to everything in Eastsound. The host was very gracious and responsive to our needs, and we can’t wait to be back.

Neighborhood

Located in the village of Eastsound, Madrona Pointe is at the end of a private, wooded road right at the edge of town. Looking out toward the trees and water, you'll have privacy in a quiet setting. There are neighbors in the vicinity, so respecting the privacy and quiet hours in the neighborhood is always appreciated.
Quiet Hours: 10 pm to 8 am each day. Exterior Lights are turned off at night to reduce light pollution.

Space

As a home base, this is the most beautiful and convenient location you could find. You'll have the entire home with a fully fenced half-acre of trees and garden.

There is one bedroom with a comfortable Queen bed, quality linens and a walk-in closet. Also on the lower level, there is a 'Flex Room' with a Queen bed, quality linens, Smart TV and Emmes chair, and beautiful Armoire/dresser set. They share a custom bathroom with a live edge countertop and custom-tiled shower. Plenty of fresh towels and guest amenities for your stay are provided. A spacious guest bathroom with a vanity and sink is at the top of the stairs, providing a bathroom for the common living area.

You can work remotely while enjoying the island life with an excellent WiFi connection! We offer free WiFi with speeds of 50mbps+. Our dining room table can seat six guests with plenty of space for you to work and set up kids for schooling if needed.

There are five free EV Chargers within walking distance of Madrona Pointe! 100 ft down the road there are two charging stations at the Orcas Community Center, two at the Island Market parking lot, and one on Haven Street. You can also bring your own conversion setup and extension cord for use with an exterior 110v plug at Madrona Pointe House.
