Neighborhood

We are located in the Pointe South Mountain neighborhood of Ahwatukee. Our townhouse is one of three in the building which is extremely quiet and safe. Neighbors are friendly, and you'll have opportunities to meet people when walking at the end of the day or enjoying the community pools.

Access

We have new Schlage deadbolt keypads on both front and back entryways. There are Ring Cameras mounted at either door for security as well. You'll receive a unique code for your personal use during your stay.

We ask that you park under the carport and not on the street. There is one parking space under a carport that is next to your back entryway, and protects your car from extreme heat.

Space

The master bedroom ensuite has a walk-in closet and a private balcony with mountain views. The guest bedroom features a designer fold-out daybed for weekend guests, a walk-in closet, and a desk that creates an office or exercise 'flex' room.

The custom-tiled bath shower/bathtub combo includes a double vanity. The powder room on the first floor has tile and all new updates.

Our living room has a Crate and Barrel desk and comfortable furnishings from Scandinavian Design in Scottsdale. It also has a Samsung Smart TV, surround-sound speakers for entertainment, and an air purifier.

The Pima Trailhead and South Mountain Park are outside your door for hiking, mountain biking, and golfing at the Arizona Grande golf course. Included in your rental are four community pools and spas.

With Sky Harbor airport just ten minutes away, you can easily travel to and from.
