Perch Tree House is located in a rural, waterfront neighborhood with beautiful custom homes. With five acres of forest, you'll find privacy and quiet.

Located on a dirt road and at the end of a long driveway, there is plenty of space for two to three cars. If you are staying through the winter months, we do ask that you have an AWD vehicle as the roads are privately maintained for snow and ice.

Surrounded by a Madrona forest, you'll discover privacy and peace in this special place.

With four bedrooms ensuite, each room offers privacy and comfort. The main level has a queen bed, a walk-in closet, and a full bathroom with a shower. There is a private entry with a small porch stepping out to a covered patio. Head upstairs, and you'll find two bedrooms on opposite sides of the home. One guest bedroom has a queen bed while the other has two twin beds. Each has a full bathroom with a shower and walk-in closets. We have a fourth bonus bedroom upstairs with a small desk and twin bed. It shares a full bathroom with one of the guest bedrooms.

**Please note for groups larger than seven guests: We have an attached studio apartment which has a large walk-out deck overlooking the water. With a king bed, a full bathroom, a queen futon, and a coffee bar, it is a private suite separate from the rest of the house yet easily accessed from the main entry. There is an additional guest use fee for use of this beautiful space. You'll see this added automatically to your reservation when you book. Please make sure you have the correct guest count, and we'll be sure to prepare the space for you! For smaller groups that still want to make use of the Studio space, it is $80/night. Let me know and I can send a special fee request. Thanks!

Enjoy cooking meals in a gourmet kitchen with counter seating and a dining area with views all around you. The kitchen has every appliance and gadget you need to create amazing meals with friends and family. There is a large pantry for those special foods you may want to bring with you.

The screened-in porch makes for a peaceful place for that afternoon nap. We have an outdoor table and chairs for dining alfresco as well.

If you are nimble and have some extra hands, you can bring your paddleboards down the trail. You can also easily launch kayaks from nearby Crescent Beach and paddle in! Be sure to tie up your equipment on the bank, as the tide does come all the way in.
