One or Two dog limit. Please do not ask to bring three or more dogs.
Please declare your dog's breed and weight when you book your stay.
We reserve the right to refuse certain breeds and dogs that are over 60 lbs.
Pets are expected to be well-behaved and socialized with strangers
Pets are not to be left unattended in or outside of the house. Please bring your own crate.
Owners are responsible for cleaning up their pet’s waste, including the yard. Please bring doggie bags.
Pets are not allowed on furniture or beds. You may be charged an extra cleaning fee.
Please do not allow your pet to sleep or use the carpeted bedrooms in the house.
We ask that you please trim your dog's nails and groom them to reduce shedding.
If additional cleaning time is required due to a pet’s mess, you could be charged up to $50/hr.

Located on a private lane, there is no through traffic which allows for peace and relaxation. We do have neighbors that live there year-round and are very friendly. If you see them, say “hi!”!

The parking is limited to two cars only. The driveway is shared with the neighbor, so this two-car minimum is strictly enforced.

A quick 2-minute drive (5 - 10 min walk) brings you to downtown Eastsound which is filled with quaint shops, restaurants, grocery stores, and more. Our road is steep, so please be prepared with good shoes and a healthy hike home!

Eastsound has great restaurants, wonderful little shops, and a beautiful view of the sound. Cool Breeze is central to everything on the island so it's a great place to have your vacation home. Day trips to the west or east parts of the island are a must. Orcas Island is an amazing place!

You'll receive a Welcome Letter three days before your arrival with directions to the house and access information. There is a lockbox located next to the front door with a key inside. There is an extra key inside the house as well.

Overlooking East Sound, this beautiful home is built in the craftsman style with great attention to detail. With two stories and 1600 square feet, there is plenty of room for families to share and enjoy the space.

Walk through the front door you enter the great room with the open kitchen, dining, and living room. Our kitchen offers Bosch appliances, plenty of cookware, and gadgets to make fabulous meals for your family and friends. Our living room and dining room offer modern, comfortable furnishings from West Elm. Off of the living room, there is a large balcony with water views and patio furniture so you can enjoy al fresco dining when the weather calls for it!

Also located on the main floor is the spacious Master Bedroom Ensuite with a custom-tiled shower and tub combo. The double vanity and radiant floor heat make this bathroom a place to relax and give yourself that extra care.

Down the stairs takes you to the two guest bedrooms and an additional full bathroom. The guest bedrooms have a queen bed in one and two twin trundle beds in the other. The shared bathroom has custom tiling throughout and radiant floor heat. The tiled, shower/tub combo is a quiet place to relax and unwind after a day of exploring. With a private entry downstairs, you can access a lower, covered patio with seating and the backyard.

Our yard is not fenced but has enough space to walk your dog and play. Please never let your dog run loose in the neighborhood. Thanks!

Remote working and schooling are a big plus for guests staying with us! Our WiFi offers a reliable connection for several devices to video stream at the same time. There are folding desks in the Master Bedroom closet and Guest Bedroom for a simple office setup.

A washer and dryer are available for your use on the main level!

We recommend you have a car or bike for transportation around the island. There are many amazing parks, beaches, and trails to explore, so driving is the most convenient.

If you are flying to Orcas Island, there are rental cars, shuttles, and taxi services available.
